What do you do with my personal information you collect?

We collect only what we need to process every order, making it safe and secure to purchase with a credit card insuring you are the card holder. Payment information is NOT seen or stored as we are PCI Compliant. As your friendly box office, we may contact you from time to time with event updates, or if there are any event cancellations or changes in the event.

How is General Admission different than Reserved Seating?

General Admission (GA) means that your seats are not assigned, it is first-come first-serve seating when you arrive to the event. It is always best to purchase your tickets in advance to guarantee that you have a ticket.

Reserved Seating gives you opportunity to select your exact seat. To select your exact assigned seat, it takes only a few simple steps.

3 Quick Steps:

  1. Look for the Seat Map under the “Select Your Own Seats” heading. (Or choose “Quick Pick Tickets” and we will reserve the best available seats for you).
  2. Simply select your seat(s).
  3. Click on “Reserve Selected Seats” at the bottom of the seating graph.
What is Print@Home?

An email is sent to the address you entered when purchasing, and a link is included that brings you to the ticket. Your Print@Home ticket will be scanned for a single entrance at the event, and prevents duplicate attempts to enter on the same ticket.

What are mobile tickets?

We have introduced a new upgrade in Mobile Ticketing. Just scan the QR Code ticket delivered to your mobile phone when arriving at the event.

Mobile ticketing allows patrons to purchase and have tickets delivered when, how, and where they want. Mobile ticketing increases customer convenience by providing new and simple ways to purchase tickets for events.

What does "Will Call" mean?

Will Call is an alternative to mailing tickets. It simply means that you will pick up your tickets an hour or so before the event at the location (venue) where the event will be held. You will need to show your ID (and credit card in most cases) to prevent your tickets from being picked up by someone else.

Can I exchange my tickets?

If there is a just reason for an exchange, then service fees are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply. You have the option to exchange your ticket(s) within the same venue, or promoter, or on postponed dates.

What happens if my tickets were lost or stolen?

Not to worry. If the tickets you have purchased have been lost, stolen, or damaged please contact box office support or call 1-877-700-3130, and one of our friendly team members will be glad to help. Please notify us 48 hours before the event. We will need to verify the purchaser and ticket information before reissuing a new ticket. Most tickets will require pickup at the venue prior to event. Make sure you have your order confirmation or credit card you used to buy the tickets handy.

For damaged or destroyed Print@Home tickets, all you need to do is print your order again from the link in your confirmation email, or log into your online account. View My Account

How do I redeem a promo or discount code for tickets?

Some promoters like to offer special discounts to increase sales, or sell to a closed group of people at special rates, and only on select events. If you have been provided a promo code, there will be a box indicating this so you are able to unlock new pricing. If there is any student, child or senior rates, you can always select the button that says “See if there are any Discounts” button during checkout.

Are there any group rates?

Group sales and special pricing rates for groups are set by the promoter or venue. Usually groups of 10 or more receive discounted rates. Sometimes group rates are automatically available when purchasing online, and we make it easy to apply group rates to the order during checkout. Your seats do not have to be together to get a group rate.

We recommend calling the box office at 1-877-700-3130 to request any group rates for the event you are interested in.

Why do some tickets have fees and taxes, and others do not?

There are many factors on why some tickets show fees and taxes and others do not. This depends on how the promoter and venue set their advertised price. All tickets carry a service fee, whether it’s outside the face value of the advertised ticket, or absorbed in the ticket price - you are still paying the same.

Besides online shopping, you may purchase tickets and get event information at the Ticketwindow support line. You may speak to a human at 1-877-700-3130.

Voice-mails can be left after hours, where a call center representative will return all customer orders within 24 hours for calls received in priority.
